BILLINGS, Gary James, Peacefully passed away at Hilda Ross Retirement Home on Friday, 26th May 2023. Aged 81 years. Dearly loved husband of Joan. Much loved father and father in-law to Christine & Andrew, and John & Xiao Hui. Loved Popa to Lauren & Gareth, Jack, and Sam.
