This is Vijay Sethi. Mona’s dad and my mom are blood brother and sister. I have visited them many many times starting in 1956 which was in Ajmer. We used to go visit them almost at every posting my Mamaji would have. I have such awesome memories of time spent with them. And now most recently Vicky and I visited Indira mamiji and Mona about 7-8 years ago In New Zealand and were fortunate to spend an evening with them.
It is indeed so very sad to have lost Indra Mamiji..
Our heartfelt condolences to the family for this irreplaceable loss. The loss of a mother is the biggest loss of your lifetime irrespective of how old she is.
We pray to the almighty God for her soul to Rest In Peace!! And to give strength and courage to the family to cope and bear this loss.

“Death is the Dress of Life”. Katho Upanishad declares, Death is not the end of life, but simply a pause in a continuing story. I am sure, your dedicated spiritual work and good karma would add much more Punyas into the account of the departed soul.

Please accept our deepest condolences for your irreplaceable loss. May God welcome and embrace the departed soul, keep in HIS presence, give all the motherly love, eternal tender care resulting in everlasting peace and heading towards liberation.

May God make you further strong with His spiritual understandings, may the memories of the departed soul, the love of family surround you and give you strength in the days ahead

    God Bless

Deeply saddened by Indira’s Maamiji’s passing away. Fondly remember our visits to their cantonment homes in Ajmer, Dehradun and Meerut and making ice cream the old fashioned way – in a bucket churning by hand, and waking up to the delicious smell of ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi) parathas for breakfast. She was my maternal aunt married to my mother’s (Shanta Verma Sant) older brother, Major Krishan Das Verma.

I pray for her soul and offer my deepest condolences to my cousins Sunil, Mona and Toni and their respective families.

    May God Bless All.

    Sunil, Mona, Tony,
Please accept our most sincere condolences. Your mother led a full life till 90 and would have passed away after having had a satisfying life, having been surrounded by such an affectionate family. We are sure that your mother’s memory will live on forever in your hearts. We are certain she had the satisfaction of having seen her son rise to such high office in national government & her daughters have fulfilling careers. You could not have wished for a better mother; neither she for better children. She also had the satisfaction of seeing her only grandchild, Gayatri, grow up, start a career and married. Gayatri and Sayak would be immensely blessed to have met grandmother in New Zealand, before she passed on.
Having left this world, she is indeed now in peace and in a better place now.
    May God Bless you all.
Please convey our thoughts to all family members as well.
Holding all of you in prayer.
