SOUTHCOMBE, Kay Rita. Passed away peacefully at Waikato Hospital on Monday, 23rd March 2026, aged 74 years. Loved mother of Debbie and Stephen. Nana of Nicole, Kyan, Quinn, Cody, and Chloe, and great Nana of Lucas and Gracie.

Now reunited with her precious friend Honey

A service to celebrate Kay’s life will be held at Trinity St Paul’s Union Parish, Queen Street, Cambridge, on Thursday, 26th March 2026 at 11:00am, followed by burial at the Hautapu Public Cemetery. Messages to the Southcombe family may be sent c/- 3 Hallys Lane, Cambridge 3434 or left in Kay’s online tribute book at www.grinters.co.nz

    Kay you were a caring friend who showed us nothing but love and friendship.
    Kay fly high with your mum and dad your son and all you held close to your heart like Raewyn and all your mates.
    Kasey your beautiful little dog .
