Please accept our love and sympathy at this sad time.We all have many interesting stories to tell about meeting up with your family when we moved to Koromatua many years ago.
Love to you all from the Mundells.
My heartfelt sympathies to all of you. I have very fond memories of Nan’s 90th when I got to meet many of the O’Brien side of the family. Also of the few times in the last couple of decades when I got to visit Nan and many of you. I have always felt that it was a testament to Nan that her family wanted to live so close around her. She was such a kind, intelligent, thoughtful woman, always interested in what I was doing, and what I was reading. She seemed so widely read herself. I am sad that I didn’t spend more time with her, but very fortunate to know her. My thoughts are with you in your grief at her loss.
My thoughts are with you at this sad time. I don’t think as children we are ever ready to say goodbye to parents. I have fond memmories of Nan and Michael when they lived in Taita and I babysat some of you older children.
To Aunty Nan’s Family
Our thoughts are with you all as you remember and celebrate Aunty Nan’s long life. We will remember her for her gentleness, her attentiveness and her curiosity and interest in others. Her warm smile and soft laugh will always stay with us.
We will go to our favourite village church on Thursday for some quiet reflection.
With our love Sal and Pat Bary
Thinking of you all at this very sad time. Nothing compares to the love of a Mother. Rest in peace cousin Nan.
