SWEETMAN, Ronald John. Born 3 March 1929, died 4 October 2024. Ron passed away peacefully on Friday at Cambridge Life. Loved husband of Vin (dec) for 55 years. Loved father of Susan; grandad to Blair, Emmaleen, Heather, Jamie, Bronwyn and Thomas; great-grandad to Emma, Jackson, Maika, Aria, Liam, Charlotte and Tommy. Many thanks to the staff at Cambridge Life.

‘Forever in our hearts’

A service for Ron will be held at the North Harbour Chapel, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany, on Friday, 11 October 2024 at 10:30am followed by a private cremation. Donations to Alzheimers NZ or the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service.     Our sincerest condolences to you all on the passing of Ron. What we remember mostly about Ron, is that he was a devoted family man. Reaching such a great age was quite an achievement. Take comfort that he passed peacefully. Sending all our love.
